On May 18, 2020, Fihonor Group's Thailand factory officially passed the IATF16949:2016. This is another factory that passed the 16949 beside the Qingdao factory. In the future, Fihonor Group will further improve product quality, increase customer satisfaction.

Fihonor, as a supplier of Rubber chemicals for auto parts companies, we not only passed the ISO9001 but also passed the IATF16949: 2016 system that is unnessary to us.

The process approach was adopted, combined with the PDCA cycle and risk thinking, to manage the process and system as a whole, and form a document to integrate implementation and maintenance. Through gradual operation and improvement, the Fihonor Thailand System Team established a quality management system that complies with the IATF16949 standard and the requirements of customers and related parties in accordance with the IATF16949 certification requirements.

During the audit, the audit expert put forward more reasonable suggestions for the actual operation of all departments. The Fihonor Group's Thailand factory is actively improving, and finally passed the dual certification of ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016.

IATF16949:2016 quality management system can run through all links of R&D, production, pre-sales and after-sales services, covering the entire process from customer needs to customer satisfaction, which has a strong role in promoting the entire management process. Fihonor Group's Thailand factory successfully passed the audit and certification. For Fihonor, it is not only the optimization of the production process and the improvement of product quality, but also the advanced management.
