  Pre-Dispersion Colloidal Particle ZNO-80

  1. ZnO-80 is made of high-purity ZnO mixed with polymer and dispersant. The cement can protect zinc oxide from moisture in the atmosphere. Because the masterbatch has been pre-dispersed, the surface of the rubber extruded product is smoother.

  2. ZnO-80 is a product of pre-dispersed colloidal particle particles. Compared with powdered ZnO, the physical properties of vulcanized rubber added with ZnO-80 are better.

  Rubber Zn0-80 Master Batch

  The combination of elastomers and special dispersants with thermoplastic and high compatibility ensures fast chemical composition in rubber. Rapid absorption and excellent dispersion, while ensuring the optimal activity of the effective components.

  Rubber IS90-70 Master Batch

  IS90-70 contains at least 60% of modified polysulfide insoluble in carbon disulfide and other solvents. Can be used as a variety of natural rubber, synthetic rubber vulcanizing agent. Do not spray cream, do not penetrate into the adjacent layer. Suitable for a variety of needs storage, bonding and interlayer bonding occasions.
