Product Description

TM-80CT2 is water based semi-permanent release agent which contains special active polymers. It can form a thin, uniform coating film on the surface of the mold, and the film has a good adhesive to the surface of metallic mould. Due to the film's higher compactness and lower surface energy, it can reduce the adhesion between the rubber and the mould, prevent rubber vulcanizates from sticking to the molds and facilitate the release from the molds, and thereby improve the quality of product appearance; TM-80CT2 product can give a release effect for several demoldings and also reduce the cleaning frequency of the mold.

Application fields

TM-80CT2 can be used in the production process of all kinds of rubber except Silicone. It is suitable for all article that are formed by injection molding or compression molding.

TM-80CT2 is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation, so we should transport it in term of UNdangerous good. It has not any hurt if you use it in right way.

Storage

TM-80CT2 should be stored in cool and dry place, If these rules are obeyed, the product can be stored at least two years. The production date is stated on the lot number on the labels of each sack.
