PRP-30D Properties

1. Graywhite powder, mainly made ofimported material.

2. Good release property, suitable for large radial tyre enterprise.

3. Good stability and short drying time.

4. Recommend a concentration of approx.(2.5±0.5)%

PRP-75A Properties

1. Gray-white powder.

2. Good stability, suitable for lage and medium radial tyre enterprises

2. Good stability, suitable for medium and small radial tyre enterprises

Cream batch-off release agent CRP-25

1. Aqueous, cream of particularly fine zinc stearate.

2. It is diluted with water in the ratio 1:10up to 1:25 depending on the stickness ofrubber-sheet

3. No traces on the surface ofrubber-sheet and no influence on the properties of the vulcanizates

4. It is suitable for the production ofblanks in the Barwell machine, especially suitable for light-coloured and transparent qualities.

Liquid batch-off release agent LRP-30

1. Aqueous, aqueous solution of a blend of film-forming polymers fatty acid kalium and active substances.

2. It is diluted with water in the ratio 1:10 up to 1:20 depending on the stickness of rubber-sheet.

3. It can prevent the sticking of uncured sheets and semi-finished articles and the curing together of open cured profiles.

4. Especially suitable for cold-flow batches.
