Mould Release Agent TM-80B

Description

TM-80B is a water-base semi permanent mould release agent containing a-special structure of polysiloxane. It can quickly form a uniform and dense film on the surface, so as to reduce the adhesion between the rubber and the mould, improve the appearance quality of the products, and. reduce the frequency of the mould cleaning.

Application fields

The Mould Release Agent TM-80B is used as an release agent for all kinds ofrubber except silicone rubber.

Usage

First ofall. the mould should be thoroughly cleaned and TM-80B is recommended for spraying. For the first time, it should be evenly sprayed on the hot mould for 2-3 times, and solidified for a period of time. The longer drying time and the higher the temperature, the more durable and effective demoulding film will be. You can start production when these operating procedures are completed. After the first applying, it is only necessary to simply spray TM-80B 1-2 times during8-12 hours.

The duration of the release of the product depends on the different vulcanization equipment, products and conditions of use. It is suggested to use spray method.

Storage

Because of its reactive activity, TM-80B must be sealed and stored, and should be prevented from freezing, high temperature and sun exposure. Storage for at least half a year under the above conditions.
