Application:

Depending on the design of the metal mandrels and the type of rubber mixtures, HMK-65A is applied pure or diluted with water (1 part HMK-65A up to for 2 parts water). HMK-65A can be applied either by brush on the mandrels or on the green hoses or tubes by dipping.

Technical Data:

Composition: mixture consisting of polyfunctional alcohols and tensides.

Appearance: slight yellowish liquid.

PH Value: ~ 5.0 - 8.0

Density, 20 ℃: ~ 1.03 – 1.06 g/cm3

Packing:

200kg plastic drums, 200kg metal drums. 50kg plastic drums, 120kg plastic drums. (depending on customer’s requirement).

Safety and transport:

HMK-65A is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation, so we should transport it in term of undangerous good. It has not any hurt if you use it in right way.

Storage:

HMK-65A should be stored in cool and dry place with closed container. The product has a shelf life of 12 months at least.
