Efficient composite products (treating agents and surfactants), for cellulosic fibers and synthetic fibers blends with intermittent hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Can regulate the formation of reactive oxygen species. Without adding other additives, just add hydrogen peroxide and caustic soda. It is particularly suitable for the pretreatment of dyed fabrics due to its outstanding emulsifying and rewettability properties. FCOM can ensure quick and uniform wetting of the fabric and the amount of liquid to the bleaching solution. After bleaching, the fabric has good whiteness and little damage, and can be bleached at high temperature (115 ° C). High bath stability, to ensure that the whole process running low foam. Can be used for cellulose fiber and its blend of non-silicon cold pad-batch and pad-steam peroxide bleaching process. Can prevent hydrogen peroxide decomposition to produce bleached active oxygen and inhibit harmful catalytic reactions; to prevent precipitation on fabrics and machine parts, to promote the bleaching system of oil suspension, improved after the bleaching cleaning process; does not produce foam, and have High stability in alkaline solution. Do not have to add dose no matter in hard water or soft water applications. Because of its high stability, the formula can be used in a large number of alkaline and it is particularly suitable for pad steam MEGA bleaching process, pad steam bleaching can be used without the use of silicon, which can extend the steaming time (up to 30 minutes). No need of the addition of magnesium salts. Free of surfactant and APEO.
