In the continuous production process, the soaked film is easier to roll than the film soaked in soap solution, and the vulcanization time is shorter. The isolating agent is composed of an active agent and a film-forming polymer, so as to ensure that the isolating agent can form a film continuously even in the mass production of low-temperature flow. A small amount of mixed rubber will not cause any processing problems and will not affect the physical and aging properties of vulcanized products.

The ratio of isolating agent to water is 1:2.5-1:10.
