Description:

Silica dispersant for rubber compound FNS-22W reduces the mixing and processing viscosity of the compound, improves the process ability of SBR/BR contenting tire tread compound reinforced with silica. It improves filler and rubber chemicals dispersion in the compound and is particularly suitable or compounds containing high-activity silica. FNT-22W increases the scorch safety and improves the mould-filling properties of the compound. FNS-22W improves wet grip properties of the tire. FNS-22w prolongs scorch time, activates vulcanization, provides rubber articles with glorious colors, improves the quality of rubber articles and reduces production cost.

Application fields:

Dispersant and lubricant for silica and other fillers filled rubber compound for tire tread and other moulded goods.

Application:

FNS0-22 is incorporated with the fillers at the beginning of the mixing. Silanisation processes are not affected by FNS-22W.
