TMC-1000 series product is water-based tire marking ink, which can be used onto the surface of tread strip at the extrusion process. The product includes different colours, such as white, red, yellow, blue, green, ect.. TMC-1000 contains no any volatile organic compounds and is eco-friendly. All products are available with colour modification and viscosity adjustment on customers’re quest. The product shows a short drying time and the surface of thee coloured strip is dry before reaching the water cooling bath. TMC-1000 products have strong adhesion onto the surface of rubber. The appearance of the colour stripes after curing is bright-coloured.

Application:

TMC-1000 ideally is applied by a roller or a dispenser. The product is ready to use no dilution required. Gentle shaking or stirring before use is recommended. This ensures to get a homogenous product; although the products only show a little tendency of setting / separation. In order to ensure a proper use and lead to best results, it is necessary to process trials for a detailed parameters setup at the extrusion line. TMC-1000 can be customized to your specific requirement and is available in different packaging.

TMC-1000 is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation, so we should transport it in term of undangerous good. It has not any hurt if you use it in right way.

Storage:

TMC-1000 should be stored in sealed container, avoid freezing, high temperature and direct sunshine. Under such conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months at least. The production date is stated on the lot number on the labels of each container.
